Are you a design engineer with managament experience, looking for a highly autonomous role where you have the chance to shape the department and lead a team of skilled engineers for a industry leading manufacturer?

This is an excellent opportunity to step up into a management position for a highly reputable organisation where you play a pivatol role in the research and development of pioneering technology.

The company design and manufacture high quality automation and electromechanical systems for a variety of blue-chip clients. Due to continuous success, they have ambitious plans of growth and are looking for a design manager to help mold the department.

In this varied role, you will be at the forefront of ground breaking projects, overseeing new product development and and liasing with blue chip clients to admend existing designs whilst growing a small team of 4.

This would suit a mechcnially bias design engineer with SolidWorks experience looking for a highly autonomous role for a rapildy growing business.

The Role:

• Using SolidWorks and CAD to research and design high quality mechanical products.
• Highly autonomous
• Manage a team of 3 skilled design engineers.

The Person:

• Mechanical Engineering qualification
• Experienced in SolidWorks, 2D CAD.
• Knowledge of hydraulics / automation.
• Commutable to Epping.
