The Design Engineer will have the following responsibilities:   

  • Develop technical solutions to suit the requirements of design briefs
  • Produce working concepts with the use of handmade or prototype parts
  • Produce solid modelled parts and assemblies, fully toleranced production drawings and assembly drawings.
  • Be responsible for 3D CAD and design requirements of mechanical systems from concept, through evaluation to production
  • Plan and conduct testing to verify the suitability of a solution throughout the development phases.

Design Engineer
The Design Engineer will require the following experience:

  • Mechanical Engineering component design
  • Degree qualified engineer
  • Designing parts and assemblies using CAD software
