Excellent opportunity for a 3D CAD Design Engineer to join an expanding manufacturer, in a technically interesting, where you'll be able to manage design projects through from concept to manufacturing.

On offer is the opportunity to join a successful product manufacturer, who supply their goods to highly reputable customers, in a varied and autonomous role with industry training provided.

This well-established company are UK leaders in the design, manufacture, installation and service of fume cupboards and safety cabinets. They have already amassed a successful reputation UK wide and are seeking a CAD Design Engineer, where you'll be a key-player in the development of their product range.

In this role you'll be using AutoCAD Inventor to provide quality design of their scientific lab equipment product range. This will be a mixture between modification of existing designs as well as mew product development. All products are manufactured onsite, where you'll be able to see and influence the whole process up until the product leaves the door.

This is a fantastic opportunity to see your designs come to life on the shopfloor and work for a business who will invest in you, with on-the-job training in their niche product range.

THE ROLE:
*Using Inventor to produce designs and drawings for their product range
*New product development & modifications to existing product range
*Creating technical and assembly manuals
*Industry and product training provided

THE PERSON:
*CAD Design Engineer
*Experience with Inventor or SolidWorks
*Previous work in a Manufacturing/Industrial/Production environment
*Experience working with Sheet Metal/Plastic Fabrication
