Are you a skilled legal professional looking to take the next step in your career? Join a dynamic team as a Deputy Team Manager for Serious Injury cases. Here's what you'll be doing:
? Assisting the SI Head of Department and/or SI Manager in managing the SI team on a day-to-day basis.
? Overseeing caseloads and ensuring team members meet business objectives and financial targets.
? Conducting regular one-on-one meetings and quarterly reviews to provide guidance and support.
? Collaborating with the Head of Department to ensure due diligence and compliance standards are met.
? Providing technical guidance on quantum, liability, and litigation matters to ensure team efficiency.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Qualified Solicitor, Member/Fellow of CILEX, or experienced Case Handler in Personal Injury.
- Previous management experience with a focus on achieving objectives and motivating staff.
- Competent with case management systems and MS Office.
- 25 days' holiday per annum
