I am currently working with a large organisation who are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for a small Nursing Home in Bedfordshire. The home is rated Good with CQC and maintaining 100% occupancy. 

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Nursing Home Manager:
  • To manage a staff team and work closely with the Home Manager 
  • Proven experience in assisting in managing fully compliant Nursing Homes
  • Experience in managing staff teams
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deciding and initiating action

Deputy Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
  • Management experience in a Nursing Home 
  • Active PIN
