They are currently on the lookout for a amazing Deputy Manager to join their dynamic team in Rochester. As the Deputy Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering the service's vision and objectives. You will be working closely with the Service Manager, ensuring the smooth running of operations and the welfare of service users.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Supporting the Service Manager in the overall management of the service
Directly managing staff and coordinating their daily activities
Ensuring high-quality care is provided at all times
Promoting a positive, inclusive environment for service users
Assisting with service development and improvement initiatives
 
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within a disability service - ideally 3 years plus.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team is highly important.
Comprehensive knowledge of care standards and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to promoting independence and quality of life for service users
Driver is essential
