Deputy Manager

Your new company
You will be working for a fantastic, fully refurbished children's residential care home in South West London. The home provides high-quality care and support for high risk children and young people with self harm and suicidal ideation, as well as criminal exploitation.
Your new role
As a deputy manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the home and the best outcomes for the young residents. You will also have a solid understanding of the OFSTED regulations and policies for residential childcare.

What you'll need to succeed

• An NVQ Level 3 and/or working towards a level 5 with children and young adults
• At least 2 years experience as deputy manager in a residential setting for children with self harm, suicidal Ideation and criminal exploitation
• A good knowledge of the legislation, standards and safeguarding practices for residential childcare
• A commitment to the welfare and development of children and young people
