Deputy Head of Facilities

Venn Group are supporting an NHS Trust in London with the recruitment of a senior role within the Facilities team.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: London
• Rate: £38-£46 per hour depending on experience

The successful candidate will:

• Support the Head of Facilities with overall management of the following in-house contracted services: Domestic, Portering, Catering and outsourced contracted services: pest control (acute and community sites), courier, patient transport, linen
• Be responsible for helping improve the department from a strategic point of view in key areas of low performance
• Prepare service mentoring and performance results and prepare reports for the Head of Facilities
• Ensure compliance with the Trust's policy and procedures
• Chair and participate in regular meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, representing Facilities
• Lead on upcoming tenders for various facilities services
• Managing delegated budgetary control

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous healthcare experience is desirable
