Key Responsibilities:Deputy Head of English

• Collaborate with the Head of English to develop and implement innovative curriculum strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to English teachers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and appraisal of English department staff.

Requirements: Deputy Head of English

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience teaching English at secondary level.
