Deputy General Manager

Atrium Recruitment are looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager with a background in hospitality, for our client in Cambridge. Offering a great opportunity to progress within the hospitality industry, our client is seeking an experienced and driven individual who is committed to lead and support their team in Cambridge, whilst being motivated to nurture relationships but also want to grow with the company. 

With proven experience in the hospitality industry, you must have the following to be considered for the role: 

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a general manager for hotels 
• Experience in strategic planning, running a team and maintaining health and safety procedures
• Onboard, train and lead employees 
• Be able to manage relationships within all levels of the business
