A women's domestic abuse charity in central London, going through a period of transformation.
The Role
You will be the lead for People and Culture leadership within the charity. You will support the charity in becoming an employer of choice and and embed a new people and culture strategy to optimise the potential of their talented workforce. You will be a member of the Senior Management Team and lead on developing performance measures for the HR team as well as governance. You will recommend people decisions based on insights and reporting this to the Board.
The Successful Candidate
- Holds a CIPD qualification or relevant experience of leading and delivering an HR and OD portfolio
- Proven track record in leading change in a multistakeholder environment, ideally within the NFP sector
- Problem solving mindset and ability to innovate
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong internal/external relationships
- £54,000-£58,000 salary
- Flexible, hybrid-working approach
