Seeking a Dynamic Leader for Effective Clinic Management and Exceptional Patient Care!

Join Diaverum as a Deputy Clinic Manager in our Clacton-on-Sea clinic and play a pivotal role in managing our dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager. Lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of patient care, and foster good working relationships between Diaverum and the NHS.

Your Responsibilities:

Overseeing clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
Supervising and supporting staff with continuous professional development and training.
Managing patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
Providing specialized nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
