You will be joining a team to start up a new company giving you the chance to lead with your own input, ideas and specialim into the home.

to qualify for this role you must have the following skillsets to move forward with the application.

> level 3 qualification in childrena and young people working towards your level 5.

> You must have had experience working in a child care enviroment.

> Full UK driving licence.

The requirements for this role you will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative, to work within the guildlines of the CQC requarding policies and procedures.

what is paramount to this role is being able to connect with young people in an enviroment that is out of thier comfort zone, gaining a relationship, built on trust and support. This will also require you to build the same rapore with the family members and external companies to give the best quaility of care always with best practice at the fore front of your mind.
