We are working with legendary and world renowned brand who is recruiting for a Deputy Accreditation Administrator to join their HR department. If you’re a people person and a strong Compliance Administrator then this is a perfect opportunity for you! Required to work 1 weekend in 4 & time given back during the week .You must have your own transport to travel to the property.

This is a crucial role is ensuring the smooth and efficient process of the accreditation process of internal and external customers attending onsite. This is a customer facing position where you’ll be providing accreditation services, maintaining accurate records and adhering to policies and procedures.

You work closely with the Accreditation Officer assisting with the processing, approving accreditation applications, managing/maintaining records, providing customer service support and ensuring the compliance of policies and procedures.

What you will need for this role:

  • Impeccable administration skills, compliance experience is desirable
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and using bespoke software
  • Logical with consistent methods, excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer skills and the ability to communicate well verbally and written
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure with multiple projects
  • Confident, passionate and enthusiastic approach
