Logistics company is Weston-Super-Mare.
Your new role
As a Depot Administrator, you will be working in a busy depot, communicating with colleagues and helping support the day-to-day running of the operation. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 (office based). Pay for the role is £12.47 per hour. This role will last 6 months to cover sick leave. Main duties of the role include:

  • Supporting the Depot Management Team to maintain accurate records
  • Preparing information to support disciplinary and absence management
  • Preparing reports
  • Inventory logs
  • Managing lost property with customer services
  • Capturing employee hours
  • Covering the front desk when required
  • Dealing with telephone queries

  • Clear and confident communication
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Efficiency in processing information
  • Experience in administration/ customer service
