We are working with a well known university who are looking for a Temporary Administrator. The role will be fully office based and will be on a temporary basis for approximately 4 weeks, the main purposes of the job are:

  • Plan, organise and co-ordinate events for the Property Services Department.
  • Provide administrative support for the Director of Property Services and the Departmental teams.
  • Contribute towards the provision of an effective, efficient and professional quality administrative service for the Property Services Department.
  • Support interview arrangements (liaise with panel members, usher interviewees, prepare interview room and check interviewees details and paperwork)
  • Raise PO and organise supplier payments via procurement cards
  • Monitor budget spend.
  • Undertake the management of publicity material for the Property Services Department.

The ideal candidate would be immediately available, have strong admin/ MS Word/ Excel and communication skills.
