Demi Chef required in Suffolk for this picturesque luxury hotel with a kitchen Headed by a Multi Award Winning chef. They currently hold Multiple Rosettes and they require a Demi Chef who is passionate, dedicated and eager to learn. They are producing a very high level of cuisine which is all sourced locally and only the best ingredients used. As Demi Chef you will be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures and you will be taught all the modern techniques in order to produce cuisine of this standard.

The Restaurant:

  • This Hotel had two restaurants a brasserie and fine dining hall.
  • The fine dining restaurant serves up to 80 covers per service within a cosy and elegant dining room.
  • They have banqueting therefore offering the opportunity to learn both restaurant and banqueting.
  • The food is Modern British with Classical undertones.

The Role:

  • You will be working with a team of 15 chefs and as Demi Chef you will be trained on all sections.
  • You will have your NVQ's in Catering and also experience of working within a professional kitchen.
  • Most importantly you will have a genuine passion for food and wanting to move to the best kitchen in order to lean and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be.

Conveniently situated near Sudbury, Colchester and Ipswich.
