Are you ready for the next step? About the Venue: Estate based hotel with a rich history, nestled in a picturesque location with good links to shops and facilities.. This venue is big in offering exceptional experiences to guests. With a focus on luxury and fine dining, they provide a unique and exclusive environment for visitors. You could be working in the state of the art hotel kitchen, or go over to one of our satellite venues on the same estate. It's an interesting, ever changing environment and we are looking for a chef who wants to get involved.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role. You will work alongside our skilled kitchen management team, preparing and delivering exquisite dishes to meet the diverse preferences and tastes of our discerning guests. Adaptability and creativity are key as you will be required to work with different menus and cater to the unique requirements of each guest.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Chef de Partie in all aspects of food preparation and cooking.

Contribute to the creation of innovative and delectable dishes that exceed guest expectations.

Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Ensure effective communication and coordination within the kitchen team.

Assist with stock management, including stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control.

Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal offerings.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Commis Chef de Partie or relevant culinary role, be ready for the next step.

Passion for food and a keen interest in working in a state-of-the-art kitchen environment.

Ability to adapt to different menus and accommodate varying guest preferences.

Creativity and a willingness to experiment with flavors and presentation.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
