Demand Planner

Pod is extremely excited to partner up with a B corp certified consumer goods business who are looking for a Demand Planner professional to join their team in London.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the retail team to oversee the company's S&OP process.

In this role

You will…

• Be responsible for leading the monthly retail S&OP process and ensuring that the retail forecasting system reflects the latest demand plan
• Work collaboratively with the retail team to improve each retail forecast
• Support with new product forecasting, new retail launches and liaise with the Senior Retail Operations Manager to work on any short term forecast changes
• Improve tools and processes they use to forecast and implement changes to improve forecast accuracy over time

About you

• 3 + years experience in Demand Planning in an FMCG business
• Experience with S&OP/IBP
• Strong analytical skills (Excel + ERP)
• Great attention to detail, and a constant drive to improve the status quo
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Finance, Sales and Operations teams
