Job Description:

As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant at Gazelle, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates within our exciting portfolio of PSL (Preferred Supplier List) clients. Working from our vibrant new office in central London, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building activities.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with our PSL clients to understand their unique recruitment needs and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, providing insights and recommendations on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.

Candidate Placement and Onboarding:

  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules and feedback.
  • Guide candidates through the interview and offer negotiation process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for placed candidates, including pre-employment checks, contract negotiation, and initial orientation.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, client communications, and recruitment activities using our CRM system.
  • Track key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a delivery-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
  • Proficient using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficient use the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Dutch, French or Polish speaking (desirable)
