As Delegated Audit and Governance Manager, you will support the DA team and lead Delegated Authority projects in line with the annual business plan.

You will work as part of a collaborative and experienced team, working closely with the wider business to improve and support the Delegated Authority function.

The Role

  • Reporting directly into the Head of Delegated Authority Underwriting Management
  • Prepare coverholder and DCA Audit plans
  • Manage and oversee the DA Audit program and ongoing performance of the audit panel
  • You will oversee the work of more junior members in the team, and be the point of call for all audit problem cases

This role would suit senior candidates from a Delegated Authority and Risk Management background with experience preparing coverholder and DCA audit plans. You will take a lead on new Delegated Authority projects in line with the annual business plan and work closely and collaboratively with wider teams cross the business.
