Defendant Injury Solicitor
Legal 500 firm based in central Manchester is looking to flesh out its EL/PL team with the addition of a junior associate or associate ideally between NQ-5 PQE to handle a wide range of EL/PL claims.
Our client is a market leader in the defendant casualty area and is currently in expansion mode so this is the best time to apply with this firm. You will be working in its highly regarded EL/PL team in a close knit team of 11.
You'll be dealing with a variety of complex and high value cases for major insurers. If you are a solicitor NQ-5 PQE and are able to hit the ground running with a caseload of files and are looking for a city centre based opportunity with strong hybrid working and excellent benefits then look no further!
Responsibilities:
- Handle EL/PL files from inception to settlement
- Assisting partners on more complex claims
- Mentoring junior staff where possible if you are a more senior member of staff
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of running EL/PL files from inception to settlement
- Experience working in a large loss role
- Ideally working in a defendant insurance environment
- Qualified solicitor
