As expected, 2024 is shaping up to be the year of the clin neg solicitor.

With rising workloads, QED Legal's top tier client, who has shown a consistent commitment to maintaining manageable caseloads for their solicitors, requires an associate or senior associate solicitor with a clinical negligence specialism to enhance their already strong offering.

Whilst defendant solicitors are of particular interest, pursuers will be considered if you hold experience of a litigated caseload.

All signs are pointing to a continued upswing in this area of law for at least the next eighteen months, so perhaps it's time to consider making that next move should progression be limited, or pay not quite how you would like it to look, at your current firm.
