As a Defendant Catastrophic Injury NQ, you will be responsible for a caseload of defendant EL/PL and RTA matters in addition to assisting a Partner on cases up to and in excess of £1m. You will gain exposure to complex claims to include brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and fatal claims.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a caseload of multi-track Personal Injury matters and whilst defendant experience would be ideal, those with a claimant background will also be considered.
