The Recruitment Group is working with a leading vehicle recovery supplier who operate across the UK and have been for over a decade. Our client is looking for an experienced collections advisor to join there team based at the head quarters.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Debt Collections Advisor:
• Locate and contact customers via phone and email
• Keep track of cases and agreed repayment dates
• Handle customer queries, complaints and explain available options
• Update accounts
• Load and manage new cases
• Plan a course of action to recover vehicles with agent and/or customers
• Liaise with auction houses to book in vehicle deliveries

Experience/knowledge requirements for the Debt Collections Advisor:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working in a debt collection or motor finance environment would be preferred
• Strong Microsoft office skills is essential
• Organisation and time management skills
• Negotiation skills
