This is an exciting new opportunity for a Data Scientist to join a Data-driven start-up!

THE COMPANY

As the Data team are the core of the business, you'll be joining a team of Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, Data Engineers and Software Engineers so you'll get to see the full life-cycle of projects. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic and sociable environment on a variety of projects.

THE ROLE

As a Data Scientist for the business you will:

• Work on a variety of machine learning projects end-to-end to create business value, focusing mainly on time series forecasting and propensity modelling
• Deploy machine learning models to the cloud
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Engineers

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong academic background to Degree level
• Proven experience of adding value to the business with figures to support
• Time-series forecasting experience would be beneficial
• Experience working with geospatial data would be beneficial
• Experience deploying machine learning models
• Strong communication skills & stakeholder management experience
• Tech: Python, SQL

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Basic salary £60,000 - £70,000
• Hybrid working - 3 days per week in London

INTERVIEW PROCESS

• Introductory interview with the Lead Data Scientist
• Technical take home task & follow-up technical interview
• Cultural Interview with C-level
