Harnham is hiring a Data Protection Analyst for a charity based in Portsmouth. The role involves working on subject access requests and creating policies and procedures for the organisation.

THE COMPANY:

This role is for a charity that is looking to bring on a new level of Data Protection. This organisation has a significantly positive impact on the world and the organisation has a really collaborative culture. The team that you work in is very small and you will report to the Head of Governance.

THE ROLE:

As a Data Protection Analyst, you will be working directly with the Head of Governance to manage their workload. A large amount of the role will be working with subject access requests that come into the organisation. You will also be expected to be able to create new policies and procedures for the data that they manage. The role is highly autonomous where you can have a significant impact.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have over a year of experience with Data Protection and Governance. The candidate also needs to be a fast learner who is able to work autonomously on ad-hoc requests.
