As a Admin Co-ordinator & Data Processor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day data processing needs for the maintenance department. Your primary role will involve maintaining maintenance records, including H&S statutory compliance, ticket closure, and cost allocation. Additionally, you'll provide assistance to the Helpdesk Co-ordinator, managing job tickets, liaising with departments, and ensuring effective communication with tenants. Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, are essential for success in this role.
