Salary: £45,000-£60,000 per annum

We have an excellent opportunity for a Data Modeler to join a thriving consultancy organisation, who require the successful candidate to be a key player and play a vital role in the delivery of data focused solutions to clients. The client need someone who is proficient in conceptual, logical and physical modelling, using standard data modelling tools and you will work with both end clients and internal teams to define modelling standards, practices and common data models. You will need to have a good awareness of operational data modelling and understand how data is modelled before going in to the Data Warehouse environment.
Skills and experience required for the role
- Data Modelling experience and will be proficient in conceptual, logical & physical model using industry standard data modelling tools.
- Ability to define modelling standards, practices, and common data models including, data modelling, data lineage, data ownership and stewardship.
- Experience with RDBMS architectures with the ability to synthesise complex data problems into logical models and physical solutions.
- Capability to create conceptual, logical and physical data models from business processes.
- Familiar with a variety of modelling approaches, tools and model repositories.
- Good understanding of how data is modelled before going in to the Data Warehouse environment.
