Office Administrator

Location- Paisley

Pay- £12.11 per hour (£23,362), rising after 6 months to £12.79 per hour (£24,682)

Hours- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (No weekends)

Huntress are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join one of their clients based in Paisley. This is a great opportunity for someone who has customer service/administration based experience, and is looking to process within their career.

The purpose of this role is to provide an excellent service and maximum operational performance while providing administration duties within the business.

Duties include:

  • Data-entry
  • Handling daily post received
  • Managing the e-mail inbox, and distributing accordingly
  • Dealing with requests for information
  • Assist with administration projects
  • General day-to-day administration tasks

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be able to demonstrate effective communication, accuracy and consistency and being a team player
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team, as well as individually
