Are you a Team Leader that is looking to work with the latest cutting edge AI and High Performance Computing technology that is being deployed to solve some of the world's most imminent challenges?

On offer is the chance to join one of the UK's leading High Performance Computing businesses that has integrated the latest AI technology to tackle issue like climate change, mining and predictive analysis of natural disasters.

This business has a worldwide reach and is quickly becoming the go to business in their niche and is collaborating with government agencies and blue chip organisations worldwide.

This companies technology is used in multiple industries such as Oil & Gas, Defence, Energy Transition and Mining, with the success already achieved with these industries they are now looking to expand into other areas.

In this role you will be tasked with managing a small team of 5 Developers and Engineers with a view of this growing 15 in the coming years. This is a tightknit and have worked well together for several years as the current team lead has been promoted to a new role.

THE ROLE:

• Managing all aspects the team and their performance
• Responsible for coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
• Attending senior management meetings to discuss the development roadmap
• Work collaboratively with the team to solve technical challenges

THE PERSON:

• Team lead or management experience
• Technical background
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud and Linux
