Data Business Analyst - D365

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Business Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365 to spearhead our data profiling efforts. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a critical role in extracting, analysing, and interpreting data from Dynamics 365 to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance in aid of migration to a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive data profiling and analysis using Dynamics 365 to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Develop and implement data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Design and execute data cleansing and enrichment strategies to optimize data integrity and usability.
• Create clear and concise documentation of data profiling findings, methodologies, and recommendations.
• Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on data-related issues and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Dynamics 365.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, and functionalities.
• Proficiency in data profiling techniques and tools, with hands-on experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
