Data Architect / Technical Lead

Our forward-thinking London market insurance client is currently looking for a data architect/technical lead to join them on a contract basis to work on a long-term programme modernising their data landscape.

Skills sought:

- expertise of event-driven architecture is essential to this role

- experience working with real-time streaming technology such as Kafka

- experience with Snowflake data platforms

- good knowledge of the insurance market (Lloyd's market in particular) is preferred but not essential

- experience with Confluent Cloud would be useful

- strong stakeholder management skills and experience of interacting with stakeholders at the most senior level
