Hourly Rate: £14.52

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining data accuracy and compliance within a dynamic work environment? We are currently seeking a Temporary Data and Compliance Administrator to join our team on a Monday to Friday basis with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry into our systems.
  • Perform regular data audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to data privacy and security regulations.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and compliance gaps.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including documentation management and record-keeping.

Requirements
:
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or compliance-related roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
