London based FMCG are recruiting for a dynamic candidate to joint their team for (on) a 12 month fixed term contract, working hybrid 50/50 and offering excellent benefits.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining the data function within the HR team to enable effective data insight to the wider business. Using business intelligence tools, you will be developing datasets, reports, dashboards to enable the HR team to answer HR business questions.

The skills you will need:

Prior experience in data analytics, data visualisation, business intelligence, developing reports and dashboards with the ability to provide insight into the company wide employee data

Presenting and delivering training and translating data into meaningful insight

Strong analytical skills, understanding business needs, translating into technical requirements

Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP HR

Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
