Sanderson are on the lookout for a skilled Data Analyst to join the team at one of the nation's leading retailers, driving data-driven decisions to propel the business forward.

We're on the lookout for a candidate who possesses the ability to transform raw data into invaluable insights, enabling strategic business decisions to be made with precision. As a pivotal member of the team, you'll collaborate closely with the Data Analytics team and partner with marketing to produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise strong data and analytic skills, demonstrating proficiency in Excel, Numbers, and data modelling.
  • Showcase excellent reporting and presentation skills.

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Interpret data and analyse results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimise efficiency and quality.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct issues.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritise business and information needs.
  • Identify new process improvement opportunities to enhance operations.
