We are seeking a Power BI Data Analyst to join a leading finance and tech recruitment company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualisation, with at least three years of experience using Power BI. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving business success.

Day-to-day of the role:

Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards

Transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive and easy-to-understand visualisations

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and validation processes

Provide training and support to users on Power BI tools and best practices

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data analytics and business intelligence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of three years’ experience in a data analyst role with extensive use of Power BI

Proficiency in data modelling, analysis, and reporting

Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and SQL

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders

A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements in data analysis and reporting processes
