You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore market data, identify key insights, and support the development of personalised and targeted approaches to enhance customer experience and approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise SQL and other analytical tools such as R, Python, Alteryx, Databricks, Azure, or Power BI to explore customer and transactional data and uncover actionable insights
• Support the development of existing client relationships and new client approaches by providing insights for personalisation, targeting, and data monetisation
• Create clear and concise outputs from complex data analysis to communicate key findings and recommendations
• Translate technical results into actionable insights and present information to senior management effectively
• Measure campaign performance, including statistical significance in test and control groups, and automate reporting using Power BI
• Continuously expand knowledge and skillset to become a subject matter expert in analytical toolsets across multiple e-commerce platforms

Required Skills: 

• Naturally curious and passionate about leveraging data, technology, and analysis to drive positive outcomes for customers
• Proficient in SQL with a proven track record of using it in data analysis
• Experience with analytical tools such as R, Alteryx, Databricks, Azure, or Power BI is desirable
• Degree level/ Masters level qualification in relevant area desirable but not essential
• Good commercial understanding of the key drivers of a retail business
• Knowledge of statistical techniques applied in retail analysis
• Experience in financial services, telecommunications, or FMCG industries is desirable
