Salary - Up to £100/£110,000 p.a. + Excellent Benefits and Bonus


A fantastic opportunity for a Data Analyst / Developer to take that next step in their career and grow into and develop a new function supporting the company's reporting.
We are looking for an individual that has a passion for bringing data to life to deliver insights that can help a business manage its operations and identify opportunities for growth.
You will need to be knowledgeable in data management and business intelligence platforms and ideally have experience of working with operations, actuarial and data science teams.

Purpose of role
* Working as a key member of the Operations team, and working closely with the Analytics Team, take ownership of data platforms and internal provision of data from the wider group;
* Delivering informative insights and management information supporting executive, operations and broking teams to optimise opportunity conversion and manage the on-going portfolio;

Skills and experienceDevelopment of reporting, dashboards and data interrogation tools (Preferably with PowerBI and Excel) within a reinsurance environment. Open twins' system experience Dat Bricks Qlik Experience using Azure data management technologies Ability to talk to the business at different levels. Can do attitude
