Solihull - Hybrid (3 days working from the office, 2 days working from home,Tuesday and Wednesday on site, 3rd day is flexible.)

12 Month Contract - likely to be extended

Our clients are moving over to a more automated environment and are looking for a proactive data administrator to support the workload within the team and become the small project owner for their automated systems.

You will support various Customer Service and Portfolios through developing automation processes in Oracle and Salesforce (having knowledge to use Power BI will be an advantage) that will in turn support the overall customer services management, accounts receivable management and end of lease term efforts for our Customers global Financial services offering.

As Data Administrator daily duties will include:

  • Helps users with support tickets, following through to resolution.
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • User training and creating training materials.
  • Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them. (CI Boards)
  • Responsible for managing and manipulating data using Excel spreadsheets, generating reports, and analyzing data as required.
  • Compiles and presents reports to support decision-making processes within the department.

 Skills and experience:

  • A University degree or equivalent Diploma - Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
  • Salesforce product knowledge and a minimum of 12-month hands-on administration experience
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce and Oracle platforms and a desire to keep learning.
