Damp Surveyor

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Damp Surveyor based within Kingston Upon Thames, KT2

The role is to support the team with investigating condensation issues on site. This will include responding to any condensation/mould by treating and repainting where required. You will also be required to support the team with other maintenance activities on site.

Available shifts / Locations below:

• Monday until Friday (5 days a week)
• Postcode: KT2 7HJ
• 09:00-17:00PM
• £15.17 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
• Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.

Skills and experience required:

• Must have at least 2 years previousexperience
• DBS Required
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Able to manage time effectively
• Ability to work both alone and in a team
• Awareness of health and safety procedures
• COSHH
• Be able to use mobile phone and applications
• Redecorating, able to do basic maintenance activities
