D365 Functional Consultant

JOB TITLE: D365 Functional Consultant (CRM)

SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000

BENEFITS: 32 days holiday (including bank holidays), Private medical Insurance, Personal development budget.
LOCATION: Fareham / Home Working (2-3 days a week in office)

Our client is looking for a D365 Functional Consultant (CRM). As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying and troubleshooting existing applications.

The successful candidate should have extensive experience working with Dynamics CRM platform, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. It is the role of the Dynamics CRM Developer to work with key stakeholders to ensure that the platform is being used to its full capability. 

JOB SPECIFICATION: D365 Functional Consultant
As a D365 Functional Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Configuring, developing and supporting our Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Collaborate with CRM Project Team to develop support materials and technical documentation to be shared with support teams.
• Setting and working to deadlines to achieve business goals.
• Working closely with key stakeholders and end users to recommend and agree technical solutions to meet business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS: D365 Functional Consultant

Ideally you will have proven experience working with MS D365 and understand how integration works including API and dataverse.

• Proficient in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and SCRUM framework.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability meet deadlines.
