D365 CRM Functional Consultant - €120 per hour - Netherlands - 12 Month Contract

A client of mine working with the manufacturing space is looking for a functional consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing the customer engagement solutions to drive business growth and success. The role is based within the Netherlands, with multiple office locations. you will be expected to head into the office every 2 weeks. the client is offering a 12-month contract with a high possibility of an extension. They are currently expanding the team and would prefer a Dutch speaking candidate, but it is not a must. They need someone with a strong functional background offering a rate of €120per hour dependant on experience. You will be working on an implementation of D365 CE, so experience on an end-to-end implementation is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements, analyse processes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and configure Dynamics CE.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and developers to ensure successful implementation and testing of customizations.
  • Conduct testing, quality assurance, and support during the deployment phase.
  • Customization and configuration within Dynamics CE.
