Our client, an esteemed e-commerce Agency specializing in Shopify, is seeking a talented CX/UX Designer to enhance and optimize client ecommerce platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that drive client growth through innovative UI/UX and CX solutions.

What you'll be doing

As a CX/UX Designer, you will be joining a team of two dedicated designers within a creative-oriented team of 15. Working with project managers and developers, you will be conducting site audits, delivering actionable insights, refining information architecture, and designing wireframes which will be turned into visually compelling UI designs.

Your work will involve consulting directly with clients, maintaining relationships and helping to present effective solutions to their problems. This will involve having a strong commercial sense and understanding how to use data and design to deliver value to these clients. This is a great role for a process and insights driven designer with a keen commercial sense and an eye for RoI opportunities.

Experience you'll need to apply
  • Experience working end-to-end across the UX process, from discovery work, through user testing and to delivery of wireframes.
  • An eye for good User Interfaces and experience working closely with UI Designers.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
  • Experience working in an Ecommerce environment (Shopify experience would be a plus).
  • Experience working with data, research, and user testing.
