Job Role - Customs reclaims coordinator
Our Hounslow based client are seeking an experienced individual to join their customs team as customs Reclaims Coordinator, offering salaries between £24000 - £27000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is 5 day per week, fully onsite, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
What will you be doing?
As Customs reclaims coordinator, you will be responsible for various roles, such as assisting the managing director and the head of customs, ensuring reclaims are dealt with, updating spreadsheets, provide customer service and guidance, ensure the completion of all operational activities, completing various ad-hoc tasks and more.
What skills will you have?
You will have experience assisting with import/export compliance issues, invoicing experience, strong I.T skills including Microsoft, be able to provide a high standard of customer service and be able to respond to queries efficiently and quickly. Knowledge of post clearance amendment process is essential.
What Is on offer?
On offer is a salary of between £24000 - £27000 depending on experience, 20 days annual leave plus public holidays and a yearly salary review is also on offer, as well as pension schemes and employee discounts.
