Our client is a large-scale enterprise in the retail industry, with a team of over 1,000 employees. Specialising in air conditioning products, they have a strong market presence globally turning over £5 Billion a year. They have 6 offices in the UK, this role will be based out of there Bradley Stoke office in Bristol.

Description

  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Assist with product information and advice
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with other departments for customer service delivery
  • Maintain customer records and databases
  • Participate in team meetings and training
  • Adhere to company policies and protocols

Profile

A successful Customer Support should have:
