POST is partnered with a fast-growing legal technology company that is looking to grow their already, incredibly successful internal customer support team.

Our client is looking for a passionate Customer Support Executive. The role involves building strong relationships both with suppliers as well as clients in the UK. The aim of the role is to provide exceptional customer service andbringittoatoplevel,whereclientsfeelpersonallyattachedtotheir support team.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Support clients through answering, distributing, and maintaining incoming questions related to
    orders.
  • Log clear and accurate support calls and maintain updates on all enquiries
  • Maintaining call logs and resolving within service level agreements
  • Help to resolve client queries by working with Data Provider and Authorities
  • Support client’s enquiries to ensure completion of searching and services as per their order
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of the products and services

Key Skills & Experience -

  • Flexible attitude around learning new software and implementing changes within the process - full in-house training will be provided.
  • Problem solving, analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • A real passion for customer service
  • The individual will need to learn and apply this to the conveyancing process and the ability to communicate with all relevant clients and suppliers. They will be proactive in nature and always look to manage and exceed Client expectations.
  • Effectively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently using the ability to multi-task.
  • Great team player, a passion and desire to make difference
  • Willingness to learn and constantly develop
  • Using appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with external partners and internal colleagues; interacting with others in a way that promotes openness and trust and gives confidence

The package -

  • Offering a basic salary of £22,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm 1 hour for lunch
  • Additional benefits include private medical insurance, life insurance, company pension, flexible annual leave, referral scheme and company-wide events.
