Key Responsibilities of Customer Support Coordinator:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers, ensuring proactive communication and optimal customer experience.
  • Review and manage order book, focusing on timely delivery performance and backlog management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally, utilizing problem-solving skills to address delivery or invoice challenges..
  • Adapt to new tasks and special projects, actively seeking ways to improve organizational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives in team meetings.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to address customer-reported or self-observed challenges.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Follow established processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in lean activities to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements of Customer Support Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in order management, customer service, or a related field.
  • An undergraduate degree is a desirable requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A team player, yet able to work independently when required.
