New Job: Customer Support Coordinator

A brand new position to join a leading manufacturing business in Daventry who are dedicated to delivering exceptional products and customer service. We're recruiting a Customer Support Coordinator to join the team and ensure their customers receive the highest level of support.

About the Job:

As the Customer Support Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for customer service enquiries and liaison with Field Service Engineers. This role is crucial in maintaining the companies reputation for excellence in customer support.

Duties:

  • Handle service and troubleshooting enquiries, coordinating with engineers as needed.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage spare parts orders and keep customers updated on delivery.
  • Generate quotes for parts and labour 
  • Raising invoices, expenses and managing all administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and monitor satisfaction levels.

About you:

  • Proven customer service experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms for service coordination and invoicing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
