Remote work from anywhere in the UK is possible provided you can come to the office at least four times a month.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to company associates who will reach out to you via phone and email.
  • Resolve queries on a wide variety of complex topics and process orders and changes.
  • Resolve and process customer orders and queries
  • Take prompt and appropriate action for the customers
  • Assist new customers with their enquires and setting up accounts
  • Process and complete administration of payments

We are looking for:

  • English, and German at least C1 (near-native) level.
  • Great communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Candidates who are currently based in the UK and are eligible to work in the UK or who hold UK passport
